Transparency and fairness are very important to us. Unfortunately, we occasionally experience cases where wrongful claims are made with payment service providers such as Klarna or PayPal – which not only places a heavy burden on our small business but can also lead to legal consequences.
Please note: Our legal department carefully reviews each case. In cases of justified suspicion of misuse, we expressly reserve the right to take legal action.

Wrongful cases constitute a serious breach of contract, which we cannot accept. Thank you for your understanding and trust.
Important note on returning devices:
For a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please also include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send us an email at support@veratech-shop.de Our team will provide you with detailed instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of each return, our team carefully checks the condition of the device. Particular attention is paid to whether the product has already been used or shows signs of wear or functional impairments.
The refund is then made proportionally – depending on whether the device is returned to us completely intact and in resalable condition. If the product is, for example, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refund only a partial amount. This is necessary to make the return fair for all parties involved and to prevent misuse. A full 100% refund is only given if the device is completely unused and in its original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.
Extended goodwill policy
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we additionally offer you a voluntary extended return option:
👉 Up to 30 days after the order, you have the option to return the device if you do not like it. In this case, no refund of the purchase price will be made, but a credit in the form of a voucher code will be issued, which you can redeem in our shop.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Veratech, support@veratech-shop.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) within 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Return shipment
You must send back the goods without delay, and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Loss of value
You must pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized;

for perishable goods or goods with an expired best-before date;

for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

for audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed.
