How the Nasenfrei Sinus Light works

Gentle light therapy for clear noses – completely without medication

The Nasenfrei Sinus Light uses targeted red light therapy to reduce inflammation, promote blood circulation, and support the natural healing processes of the nasal mucosa. It is ideal for colds, sinusitis, allergies, and nasal congestion.

Recommended Duration of Use

  • Cold: 5 to 7 days
  • Acute sinusitis: 7 to 14 days
  • Chronic sinusitis: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Allergic rhinitis: Continuously during allergy season or upon allergen exposure
  • Nasal congestion: 3 to 5 days for temporary congestion, continuously for allergies or sinusitis
  • Runny nose & frequent sneezing: 3 to 7 days for temporary symptoms, continuously for allergy-related complaints
  • Prevention: Regular or seasonal use to support immune defense

Application in three steps

1. Prepare device

  • Fully charge the device with the supplied USB cable.
  • The indicator light goes off once charging is complete.
  • A full charge is enough for about 45 applications.

Warning: Only chargers with 5V / 1A use to maintain product performance.

2. Turn on device & select mode

  • Press the power button to activate the device.
  • Press again to choose between three modes:
    1. Strong: Intensive light therapy
    2. Gentle: For sensitive noses
    3. Pulsing: Alternating strong and gentle pulses

3. Start application

  • Carefully insert the light rods 1 to 2 cm into the nostrils.
  • Relax and let the device work for 10 minutes.
  • The device automatically turns off after 10 minutes.
  • Recommended use: Once or twice daily depending on symptoms.

Cleaning & Care

The device should be cleaned after each use:

  1. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth or a medical alcohol swab.
  2. Do not share with other people (separate nasal adapters are available).
  3. Store at room temperature (not above 40 degrees Celsius).
  4. Do not immerse in water or heavily moisten.
